None have been derogatory, the companies state they aren't excepting new manuscripts. The manuscript is complete, the story line is based on a young girl and how her family's move to another state affects her life. It may appeal to readers seeking parables about patience, optimism and acceptance. I do not have an agent and this would be my first publication. I do not have funds to hire an agent nor to self-publish. I have checked into many companies and they want in excess of $1,000 - up to print the manuscript.
